Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what happens to your information if you get in touch with me through lincolnhunt.com.
Who is responsible for your data
I am. As Lincoln Isaac Hunt, I'm the data controller for this site, and you can reach me directly at contact@lincolnhunt.com.
What happens when you use the contact form
This site does not run a server-side form processor. When you submit the contact form, your device opens your own email application with a message already addressed to contact@lincolnhunt.com. The message is sent from your own email provider and is not stored on this website or on any server behind it.
What data is involved
Only what you choose to type into the form: your name, email address and message.
Why this data is processed
Solely to read and reply to your message. There is no marketing use, no resale and no automated profiling.
How long it is kept
Once your message reaches my inbox, I keep it only as long as needed to handle the conversation, then delete it in the ordinary course of inbox housekeeping.
Cookies, fonts and tracking
The fonts are loaded from Google Fonts only if you accept; in that case your browser requests them from those servers, which receive your IP address. If you reject, nothing is requested from third parties and the site uses your device's own fonts. This relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to ask what data is held about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email contact@lincolnhunt.com. You can also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the date above will change accordingly.
